At Kearney Regional Medical Center, the doctors who see you also guide the direction of the hospital, based on what they need to provide better care. This means spending more time with patients, working to a standard of excellence instead of outside policies, and utilizing the latest in cutting-edge technology. In a sense, what you need for better care goes right to the top, because the “top” is the person who’s treating you.
Does a “personalized sign-on bonus” mean that KRMC is not offering five-figure bonuses?

What can I expect in the interview process?
The interview process is meant to provide an opportunity for the candidate and KRMC to figure out the best fit. After you apply, the manager will review your application and resume. Following this, you will be contacted to set up an interview if you meet the requirements. The interview will be scheduled based on comparing the managers schedule with the candidates. It will be scheduled for one hour, in which you will have the opportunity to interview with the manager of the department and another member from the department.
Do you offer financial assistance?
KRMC offers two programs for our staff to utilize, including financial assistance for school already completed or financial assistance for a future degree in your field.
